Moving Up to Cubs + Young Leader Investiture

A Moving up Ceremony was held for Three Beavers, Max Forman, James O'Connor and Robert Kemp, to move up to the Cub Pack. They were welcomed into Cubs by Tarka - Cub Leader Barry Palmer.

Also Young Leader Catherine Weeks was Invested as a Young Leader by Graham Muncer - Dragons Explorer Leader
